Went thru the drive for a sundae. Ordered caramel for a topping, got asked if it was for a topping. Ugh. As I waited for it the girl kept scratching her face, multiple times. I watched to make sure she didn't touch my food, it's just gross. She gives me the sundae and asked if I wanted a lid. I was the only person in my car, I wanted to say no sh!t I want a lid. Then I had to ask for a bag, she proceeded to give me my sundae UPSIDE DOWN. You have 1 job people. Common sense should be a requirement. I'm a retail manager and trust me I would have a talk with them if they ever did something so rude. Guess customer service is unknown.

7 employees working, 2 customers in line, no one at the drive thru & no one here has a clue what they are doing. Floors are dirty, tables need to be wiped down. This is not on my list of top 10 Dunkins, in fact, Wifi in the building doesn't connect, if it doesn't work either fix it or remove it. I would avoid coming back here in the future.

Only every been to the drive-thru, but no complaints about the service. I only wish it didn't have those one-way entrances from the west and south.

I dont call myself an OCD person. I call myself an organized one. I dont mind change but I dont love it but I deal with it. I have a specific routine in the morning so when things happen to mess with it then I get frustrated. Two things i dont like people to mess around with: my coffee and my keys. (My husband usually misplaces those just to get to me) So I go to DD twice a week, on tuesdays and thursdays at exactly 6:40 AM. I order the large caramel coffee with cream.... Sigh! There are no two days that is ever the same. Some days it has more caramel then others and some days its just bitter. I hate it. Messes up my whole day. I still go there in hopes that one tuesday (or thursday) my coffee will be just perfect and my day will automatically go smooth. At least it doesnt taste burnt like the competitor......buuuurn.

This is not a review for this specific location. I feel a review is owed, due to the frequency of my visits. I've realized that there are tons of fancy cafes out there that sell gourmet coffees served by your local hipster barista. However, out of all place I think I drink Dunkin Donuts coffee the most. Not because it's the best coffee, but because it's quick, affordable, and dam right convenient. There's always a Dunkin Robbins where you need one and is generally consistent. There's not much that I can say that you probably don't know already about this establishment. The donuts are practically an American classic and the other breakfast foods leave something to be desired. I'm just happy that there are places like this that serve honest coffee so that I don't have to go to moonbucks.

(*This review is only for the overnight staff*) I went here between 11pm-12am and the guy that was there was totally worthless. He was rude, pushy, and disrespectful. He also did everything as if it were a chore for him. Besides this guy there have been other staff that were ok and helpful The only thing I like about this place is that it's 24 hours

This is the cleanest and most organized DD I have ever been to. I've been there several times and the bagels and doughnuts are always fresh.

I recently purchased the raspberry chocolate fudge truffle valentine's day ice cream cake. I ate half of it last night. (and I am not apologizing for it one bit) THIS is totally on my last meal list. There is a good blend of the raspberry sauce, fudge and chocolate so that it is not too sweet. On the top of it are miniscule vanilla cookies that are shaped like little flowers. YUM YUM YUM The bad part and why they didn'[t get all five stars. Is the kid behind the counter threw it upside down into the bag! And it was half out of the bag when he handed it to me. Then he walked away. That alone would make me consider going to another BR. But it IS on my way home from work, and desperate times calls for desperate measures

There was literally diarrhea all over both the men's and women's toilets. The cleanliness of this store is nonexistent and I will never go here again.

This looks to be a typical 24 hours Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins location. Unfortunately, the store was not open at 12:30am despite not having any hours posted, the signs still being illuminated and all the interior lights being on. A recent call revealed that it's open from 4am until 11pm, but it's sure a bummer when you show up to what appears to be an open business only to discover a non-responsive drive-through intercom and a locked door. Posted hours and some subtle clues would go a long way towards communicating the open or closed status to potential customers!
